Weekly Intention – Breathe

Thanks to Andrea for the reminder of setting a weekly intention!

For this week, what came to me when thinking of what I need this week was…

B   R   E   A   T   H   E
– Breathe in the fresh, crisp, fall air.
– Breathe while walking every day with my dog–a new daily intention
– Breathe while I sleep (I might not be doing that too well–checking if I have sleep apnea).
– Breathe before taking the first fearful step into…whatever scares me.
– Breathe in relaxation
– Breathe in gratitude
– Breathe in joy
– Breathe…
